Why do i feel sleepy, depressed and low on motivation during sunlight hours and feel better during evening?

I had Nissen fundoplication 2 years ago. Even after surgery I had silent reflux and diagnosed with depression which was the cause for reflux so I was put on antidepressants then my reflux stopped. I was having mirnite 15mg, and soltus 100mg half tablet. The dr now changed my medication he changed it to mirnitie 15 mg and olimelt 5 mg after having this tablet for 15 days I fell I have slight reflux again what is causing the reflux dr is it the tablet or something else pls reply 🙏. I am stuck

I've been dealing with severe cardiophobia and its taking a toll on my life. i can't stop thinking about my heart or heart attacks. I even did echo test and multiple ecg which came out to be fine , it used to satisfy me but for a short period of time only. How can i overcome this ? is there any solution

I was prescribed prodep 60 mg, procydin 5 mg and lopez 2mg but from family pressure I was told to not take medicines so after one month I stopped taking it. Now I'm taking it and experiencing the side effects. How much time will it take to go back to normal ?

This month I started going to a government hospital for adhd But still I have to pay for ADHD medicines which are expensive So today I spoke with the insurance company But they said it's a  pre-existing condition Can I hide this condition Please share your opinion Because I can't pay for medicines As it's expensive I could have hidden as they asked me do you have any pre existing conditions
