Anger Management
Would you kindly advise me on how to manage my anger management problem, which is negatively affecting my family life? I have seen videos and read online advice to think things through before acting, but at that moment,I can't even think about anything like calm down the mind,analyse the situation etc,. I am not able to control myself or think twice before bursting.. Please advise how to fix my anger issue..
