Irritability and loss of interest are common symptoms of depression. Moderate exercise help s deal with depression. Nutritious food and regular meditation are also helpful. However, if you have sleep and appetite disturbances, suicidal thoughts, guilt, fatigue and concentration problems, you may need help from a good psychiatrist in your area. Please don't ignore this. If untreated, it becomes chronic and recurrent.
