Hello
I think you will have to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and diagnosis. If the diagnosis is ADHD, it's quite treatable condition. We have certain medications like methylphenidate, atomoxetine, risperidone, arkamine etc which are highly efficient for this condition. Psychotherapy is also effective so you should consult.
Difficulty in concentrating and attention can have variable causes. It could be medical or psychological. Among psychological causes ADHD is one but there are other symptoms of ADHD as well. A detailed assessment is needed following which medications or non pharmacological measures can be initiated based on the severity.
Next Steps
I suggest you consult a psychiatrist before starting any kind of treatment.
For Adult ADHD medications are usually prescribed if they affect the daily activities of the individual. To improve your concentration and focus on attention, please do Yoga and meditation rather than medications. If it's not working on you, then consult a psychiatrist.
