I had Nissen fundoplication 2 years ago even after having the surgery I had silent reflux. Then I was diagnosed with depression (which was the reason for acid reflux) so I was put mirnite 15 mg and soltus 100mg half tablet. After that I was not having reflux of any sort . 20 days before my dr changed the medication he gave mirnite 15 mg and olimelt 5 mg the initial 15 days I didn't have any symptoms now I am facing symptoms like acid reflux, nausea some times, feeling vomiting when I see the food loss of appetite, will change of medication cause this and why are the symptoms appearing after 15 days. Can symptoms appear after many days is it related to the medication or has the surgery failed I am very worried about it dr pls reply.

Actually I don't know wheather I am going through a mental disorder or what ...but there is thing I need to clear...until nd unless...some one who had achieved what I want to achieve...if I don't tell them about my daily work ...I didn't feel that I had done something...it was ...last year neet attempt...nd I don't know how...although I had all the knowledge worked so hard for that...though I felt that I don't know a single concept...nd even I can't click things in time nd scored 250+ marks only...nd then this year...the whole year I just studied nd studied...even one of my friends who said that I had studied more than him...though he was my class topper...I had scored 400 this year...I don't know what to say exactly on this situation...but something is miserable wrong ...what my fears I had in mind... every fear turns out to be correct after one year or 2 or 3or 4...I m just worried about my academics...nothing more than that...Is this a mental disorder what we fears...it turn rigt

I am 20 years old I am suffering from insomnia and anxiety from 5 years.my problem is at night I am getting sleep but I am forcing myself to stay awake without any reason and without doing any work I am just lying on the bed for the whole night without sleeping what is these problem called and how to overcome these problem

My Doctor prescribed me fluvator 50 -1, nortimer-1 and placida -1 for my anxiety and repetitive thoughts.. why he gave placida ? Because it is psychotic medicine and I hav anxiety. Is it safe to take placida ?

Hlo sir from last few days i feel too much dizzy my blood pressure is 147/96 but after few minutes its normal today also 155/85 but also few minute 130/90 i went to physician they say you are fine no need to blood test they only do ecg and its fine what is this please reply my blood pressure high and normal aftee few hours without medicine everytime i dizzy i think my blood pressure high and i check 4 times a day bp check
