I am experiencing insomnia and severe delirium. I have a history of untreated depression. It is impacting my daily life very severely. I am on antidepressants right now. But my condition not improving. Can u guide me please

Can staying at same place and with same people for a long period makes you mentally irritated?And they are toxic also...(2 years)every single day toxic fight from 1 year.

What are the risk factors of pschychiatric medications?(antidepressants, anti psychotic,anti anxiety, sleeping pills).Are these medication  be used permanently by the doctor?Otherwise how can one taper this medication...Because I am thinking probably I have put wrongly under medication...Sadness is considered as depression...How can be these stopped...Because my current pschychiatrist not listening and saying to stay on the medication...should I consult a de-addiction specialist?

Does a pschychiatrist take pschychiatric medication if he becomes mentally upset (mild depression/anxiety) or it is only applicable for general people?

I have a little anxiety issue. Past few days I am facing trouble in sleeping. It will happen in initial hours of my sleep when I am dozzing off somthing wakes me up. And i will feel very uncomfortable 😖 sometimes dizzy. Somthing pounding chest. This is scary. I don't know if it's breathing related issues or i have sleep apnea. Can somebody help me with this?

Whenever I take any antidepressants like trycylic, snri, ssri I feel pain in my legs. I have been taking these medicines since 2017. currently only taking tryptomer 10mg for morning vomiting, ibs diarrhea and sleep.

Can I do 14 hour  fasting between my dinner and breakfast ( 7.00PM-9.00AM) while taking antidepressants at night alternative days
