My self ruman shaikh Age 36 I'm suffering from anxiety a fear of death, fear of heart attack, and some times in depression.. I have want to many doctors I have done 7 time ECG, 4 time 2d eco, fibroscan, sonography, blood test, sugar test, cholestrol test,all report are normal. I have this problem by 15 of January 2024. I have been to many physiotherapy and I had taken many session with doctors and I'm doing meditation, eft but I have been recovered just 20 30 % in 3 months, so please help me out as I can't even take time for family and business. I have taken many treatment like medicine with psychiatrist Medicine name ciplar 10, qutan 25, iyaflu, antidep 25, zeptra ls 12.5 , pexonil ls 12.5.,rexite d3, zapiz 0.25.. And 8 psychotherapist, doing eft and meditation, no problem has been resolved,

My kid is 3 years old and when she was at age of 1.5 we were sifting the house so lot of service person came with drill machine n were working on from that she has a fear of drill sound so whoever comes with service bag she pushes them n send out of house by saying bye bye by crying
