The sedation I feel after taking atomoxetine is it temporary is it only for initial days Or it's forever?

Hello sir/ma'am,                               My name is smit , I'm 24 years old, so I just wanna talk about my identity, in the process of connecting my soul with my gender becomes so hard for me nowadays, actually this things started back at 2017 when I had some thoughts of having female body , at that time I know that I'm not female but my mind continuously tells me that I'm a female , then I started to practice some excercise, started yoga to relax my mind and doing works related to my study and I have diverted my mind from that thoughts , so once at a moment it stopped, myself stopped asking that what am I ?? But for sometime, after that  the thoughts began to start again and again and I have diverted them again and again but I can't stop myself to see as a women , so at one point i had concluded to change my gender , kindly help

I had history of anxiety depression was on nextio ls for 2021 to 2022 right now off drug current problem only if somedoes misbehae very badly Osscailnily i get anxiety depression other wise normal days no issues and recently problem I get negative dream every 1 day after another like some fight happened and someone commentted suside that kind of thing what is the possibile cause of this?

My bp has increased since I started atomoxetine 18mg and escitalopram 10mg Has my bp increased because of these two medicines? Atomoxetine and escitalopram

Before starting atomoxetine my blood pressure was normal Now after starting atomoxetine my blood pressure increased to 130 to 140/ 80  to 90 Symptoms headache weakness hands burning legs burning Do i need to stop medicines? or Is it temporary?
