Hi..When you can control your anger , calm yourself down, don't act out in a way that hurts others or causes harm to self and to others and that occurs once in a while over an issue that may cause similar reactions in others also may be considered normal. It lasts depending on person to person, ways of reacting to it,  how soon one can calm down, distract and bring oneself to rational thinking. If anger is affecting one's personal, social, professional and academic life , frequently causing harm to self and others ,then one should seek professional help.

Hi.. there are no guidelines to say that one can have this amount of anger per day. I agree that anger is a natural emotion. But the reason for which one is angry and what they do next.. is more important than how many times they are getting angry per day.( In short getting angry for the right reasons. )
