Triggered and anger
Hi if some person ask me one thing in two -three times and i m triggered same time and got anger and sudden my headache was ouccer from one sided on my head can someone please help me to know what's the issue is this?

keep a journal to note  when and why you feel angry.. practice meditation,deep breathing exercises, mild exercises. Take a brief break from a situation that's causing anger to cool down. Do proper sleep and three times a meal in a day.
