My brother is daigaisoned depression with oc feature...but he has no symtoms of ocd...ocd means obsssesive compulsive disorder.. but what is depression with oc features...and what is simple ocd...

This is my 2nd time i am posting this question...my brother is daigionesed depression with oc features...and i have no oc symtoms...why my dector daigonesd depression with oc features...my friend is daigonesed ocd ...what is the diffrence between depression with oc features and ocd...

I want to confirm that i daigonesd depression with oc features ...but i have not ocd symptoms...depression with oc symptoms and ocd what is the difference between these...

Everything looks unreal even can not see my self over mirror. Always feel negetive in mind. Always has fear of death. How to get rid of it.

I had panic attack on sept 23, since then I took lots of medicine prescribed by Psychiatric (Clonotril 0.25mg/ Rivotril 0.5/Etizolam 0.5mg etc & practiced meditation but still I am having death fear, chest pain, high palpitations & panic attack frequently. I am totally frustrated due to this. Please suggest what to do?.
