Dear Doctor. My mother is 64 years of age. She always says one man and one women noice is hearing always those we can't hear. She is very irate and replying to those noise very  loudly. I am seeing this since my childhood(28 years). My question is, Is there any medicine to cure fastly? Also now she is old, will medicines suit her body. No treatment she took till today.

I was doing repetitive movements inside head which caused stress in muscles of head like when we workout the muscles in body hurt but this pain is very hard and rigid in head.My doctor has prescribed me fluvoxamine 100(4 times) ,arip Mt 5(1-0-1) .It has reduced my headache but I heard at high doses it acts as pain relief medicines.I know this clear case of tension headache as I did trail and error and took amitriptyline 50 and I feel relief 96% .but my doctor is not convinced and he said to lose weight from 116kg to 80 and all pains well be gone.

Can unexplained/ not being able to daignosed jaw pain on one side be phylogenic? Iam suffering since over 2 yrs now! The dentists found nothing ! Will this fall under physicatry?

While traveling in a bus I have seen one 2 year old child insane type traveling with his parents. Does he can spread Rabies infection or just my fear. Although No direct exposure occurred.

I have been suffering from depression for 5-6 years. Whenever I felt better, I would stop taking the medicine and when I felt worse, I would start the medicine again. After that I decided that now I will not stop taking the medicine, I will take it regularly. I am taking regular medicine for depression since 2 years. Initially i was taking "12.5mg paroxetine" once a day. After that, that effect stopped from 12.5mg paroxetine and then after some time, same effect of medicine i got from 20mg paroxetine. After sometime 20mg paroxetine also dont work for me Then Doctor increased the dose to 25mg.  Now 25 mg are not giving the desired effect. I don't understand why my dose is increasing. "Paroxetine limit per day 50mg" please help me

My father have schizophrenia and is on medication for long time. We have consulted a lot of good doctors but nothing helps. He is getting violent now a days and has tried to attack me and my mother. He wasn't like that before.I fear that he can do life threatening harm to me n my mother. Please give some advice what should I do?

I have been taking fluvoxamine cr since last September 2023..first 3 months was 200 mg a day, than 100 mg and now 50 mg..but i still suffer from the symptoms...now my doctor has suggested me to take floxin 60..is it a good suggestion or something better can be done.
