Hello, greetings to you. Seems like your psycho-somatic symptoms of anxiety like jerks while sleeping and sleeplessness. The treatment that you are taking right now is a symptomatic kind….which will help you to feel better symptomatically, but if you have to address the underlying cause of anxiety; that means triggers or stress reactions that have brought you this anxiety then you need to look into more holistic treatments like Homeopathic mental well being care with Counseling. I am a specialist in Treating anxiety disorders of all types: Panic disorder, health anxieties, generalised anxiety disorders, ocd etc. I have experience in treating clients in India and globally. Have worked in the mental health sector in Singapore for 8years now with a total experience of 13years.

Health Tips
1. Body and Sleep symptoms are best managed when you address the root cause of your anxiety 2. For woman, in my experience it is also important to look at the hormonal cycles, if any imbalances there can very well aggravate the existing anxiety symptoms. 3. While ur treating your bodily symptoms, you may also want to seek some Counseling to resolve deeper issues.
