From last 1 and Half month, I'm having health anxiety due to an event occurs with me due to Bhang. After that I started feeling that I have heart problem because I use to wakeup at night with high heartrate and palpitation, numbness in arm , sweating. But my all heart tests are normal. Now I am feeling Dizziness and negetive thoughts throughout the day which is also affecting my day to day life. I'm taking Alprax 0.25 and Ciplar la 20 on the prescription of doctor. But my normal heartrate remains between 50-60bpm. Please Reply and Help me.

Hi my mother in the month in of June 2023(last year) she wasn't very active used to sit idle   (though 20 people used to sit around her she was not taking any initiate to talk) but it continued so we took her to neuropsychiatrist he gave her treatment for serotonin .  After taking medicines  was feeling vertigo. On aug 25 2023 in the morning she started saying that she can visualise few people for 2 hrs. so she was hospitalized  .she was good after treatment Following medicine were given 1. Riscon 2.loricon 1mg Next month he given 1.arifine 2.sandon .  Later she stopped taking medicines because I'm not feeling hungry so there is no use of medicine .Then later as she was not taking medicine dr recommended her paliris injection 150mg till now 2 injections were given . My concern is from August to till now she has not visualise any people though she was skipping her tablets .but currently we facing issues is  she is not reacting to happy or sadness , will not initiate to talk .

Does ECT completely cured scezofernia. Or medicine is better. Because medicine working for meh will I go for ECT. Or medicine are best option. ECT will I opt out.

I have scezofernia medicine working well. Currently I have very low energy. How many days this symptoms will lasts. Or will I go for TMS therapy for low energy. I have low energy is TMS helpful

Can i switch from  long term use of sarta 50 to clonil 25. Will clonil 25 overcome the withdrawal syndrome of so long use of sarta 50.

I am suffering from excessive worries due to my studies as a result I am feeling sleepy for last 2 days, tiredness, body pain & fever(slight-sometimes). Sometimes I become Insomniac and sometimes I become Hypersomniac.

Actually slowly slowly I'm losing interest in the real world, from the last 2-3 months I am dreaming too much while sleeping, my dreams are more adventurous and interesting in comparison to the real world. In my dreams I am spending time with my friends, family and colleagues independently and some time I am aware I am dreaming in my dreams but dreams are too addictive I can't resist it and I am sleeping again and again to continue dreaming maximum times iam finding something in my dreams thats why I use adventurous and intrestingdream. I don't know why it happened to me but recently I thought about people's, (actually I have a problem of telling directly what is in my mind without thinking its right or wrong, iam not the person who thinks 1000 times before speaking, I just speak what in my mind and what i feel.) nowadays people's are too much smart they know how they manipulate and use innocent people's and some times my friends and colleagues also stopping me to speak independently.

Is bipolar disorder a severe mental illness..a girl having bipolar disorder is not eligible for marriage...someone said it is mentioned in law slso a female having bipolar disorder is not able for marriage...what medical science said abt this...plz guide correctly ...bcoz most of the girls suffer they think they are not able for marraige...
