I am taking 1.Vortioxetine 10mg 1-0-0 2.Desvenlafaxine LS 50mg 0-0-1 3.Inderal 20mg 1-0-0 I am on these 3 for 3 months..My Anxiety has settled 80% I need to know how long should i be on this meds..

A few months back I got to know about something which affected my mental state and me deeply. Now I'm unable to get out of that situation, I'm getting aggressive day by day I never used to behave like this, but nowadays I'm unable to control my anger and unable to cope with the situation. I often choose violence to control my anger or show my emotions. I feel extremely guilty for it as it hurts the other person. I want to forgive that person or leave but I'm unable to do both. It's affecting both people's mental state. I feel extreme anxiety, continuously overthink about the situations, imagining things and it keeps getting worse and sometimes I feel like I am unable to breathe too Do I need therapy? Can it get resolved?

I am always at the edge and angry over small issues. Is this postpartum depression? I eat and sleep well. But I am always irritated and angry.

I cant sleep I take fluoxetine and ox carbamazepine in the morning Clonazepam plus propanolol at night I just cant sleep at all I am sleepy during day but if i try to sleep i feel uncomfortable and my legs would fidget and i would want to get up and scream

Since last 8-10 months due a tragic incidence in front of me i have become excessive worried of cardiac health. Have done 20 ecgs 2 times echo and 2 times tmt. All have come normal. Echo and tmt were done in march 2024. I sometimes feel a sudden heavy feeling in chest and throat area and bpm changes. Dont know whether it is skipped beat or what. I remain in fear 24*7. While working, eating and sleeping. Please guide what it is. My bpm used to be 80-85 earlier but now since two weeks it stays 65-70, i am worried due to this too.

I have been very concerned about my heart health since 8-9 months. Every second of the day these terms are in my mind and i live in constant fear. Since last 1 week i am feeling imbalance while sitting. Can do walking, jogging, running etc without any issue. Ecg echo tmt are normal and are done 2 times in six months. Please guide me. I feel chest heaviness sometimes, it comes and goes. I also have gastric issue sometimes. But my mind relate everything to heart. Pl guide. Is it heart related or what.
