Why would you want to drill a small hole? When everything is possible with the help of medication and counselling? I mean have you tried that. Have you got into yourself where you can say that you have tried enough, so please do that before. You know, thinking of all of this because therapy and counselling really helps so as medication, you can connect with me. Don’t worry, dear. Let’s work on it. All the best.

No. It is not possible to surgically remove thoughts. But there are ways in which we can reduce them. Medicines can definitely help as can therapy. Please consult a Psychiatrist for a more detailed evaluation and management options.
