Problems with intrusive thoughts
I feel like i am having intrusive thoughts and i wish i didnt have them but i also feel like i am constantly consciously thinking about them and making them.

It could be ocd Don't believe in your thoughts Don't pay attention don't give importantance that's how u deal with these They aren't facts Get on some therapy and counseling online or in person I'll be happy to help All the best

Dear Sir Intrusive thoughts can occur in mental health problems like depression or obsessive compulsive disorder. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management Treatment depends on the outcome of assessment and usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. It seems u have ocd like symptoms which required psychiatric evaluation and treatment.. my advice is to see a psychiatrist in urs town....
