If your sleep is of good quality even if it is getting over early due to profession then you need to sleep early to compensate. If you feel sleepy even after having a good sleep (on holidays) then you need to get assessed by a mental health professional to find out the reason and manage it if any
Next Steps
maintain sleep hygiene by- sleep early to compensate for early waking up avoid mobile use at night 1 hour before bed time avoid coffee/tea after 6pm avoid alcohol
Health Tips
meet a Psychiatrist if despite above measures you're not feeling better
