Hello I am feeling stressed and irrated recently. Due to that it's difficult for me to breath and set my mind on the work. I am getting irritated and angry and don't feel like doing anything.

See if you are having anger or irritation, you have to address the root cause of it. You have to address what’s behind that emotion. Nobody will get angry or irritated. Just like that. It has to be the content of your thoughts that is making you angry so therapy is required to help you understand what is going wrong and how to handle it. It could be triggered by some recent changes in life which we call stressors or some chemical changes in the brain in the levels of chemicals which control your mood, thinking, sleep, happiness, sadness, anxiety etc. Consult a Psychiatrist as usually these problems don't go away on their own and will require a prescription of medicines.
