Low mental health
I'm feeling very low. Every small task makes me worry too much. I can't talk to people without feeling anxious. I can't reply before thinking 100 times what and how I should reply so it doesn't create a rift. I don't feel emotionally safe either alone or with someone else. Asking for bare minimum and not getting it hurts very deeply and instead of moving on I keep feeling that I'm a different kind of person who doesn't fit in any normal human standard. Sometimes there is body ache due to this and I start crying and hug my pillow. I need help

Having body aches, feeling that I doesn’t fit in to human standards , feeling low and anxious, needs urgent attention. Don’t neglect these psychological issues. I feel you need evaluation for depression. In our society, depression usually presents like this. Good medications are available and you can really feel better if you use medications for 5-6 months.
Next Steps
Urgent Psychiatric evaluation. Visit near by psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Speak to the person who makes you feel comfortable and share your problems. Talking to some else and discussing your issues can give you some relief. But medications will give you more benefit.
