Feeling Low since last couple of days
I have been feeling quite low since last few days based on random thoughts (which i know are completely baseless) but somehow everyday i get up, i feel quite heavy mentally & thinking over the same things again & again. As the day passes on it gets a little better but i am not able to concentrate & focus entirely on my office work or studies because of those thoughts. Sometimes it happen that my mind gets distracted & i realise that it's not worth getting bothered & something totally irrelevant to give a thought about but again after sometime i end up feeling same. I sleep around 3-4 in the morning for good 7-8 hours then start with my office work. I have my meals properly too. I have been staying at home with my family since past 5 months & not going out at all not sure if that is adding up to my condition. I really need to get over those random thoughts which cause some guilt again & again because it's not helping me to concentrate and stay focused and it stresses me even more !!
