When we cry a lot then we are lonely and want to escape life but if we don't cry even when we feel crying, we are keeping ourselves stronger and not letting us break under hard circumstances. Your parents are your strength and are helping you to remain strong. You have strong cultural values and strong beliefs to keep yourself stable. Feelings of having nothing left in life and talking to no one are due to some misfortunes that you have experienced in life recently. You may be going through some difficult phase of your life and facing some real life challenges which are weakening your self-confidence. But you seem to be a strong-willed person with intentions to keep yourself going. You may be getting mentally over-exhausted due to overthinking about certain issues which pre-occupy your mind. Kindly lessen this mental stress by doing some relaxation and meditation. Focus on areas of your life which you can resolve through your strengths. Don't let your weaknesses overpower you due to current stresses. Everyone has some weaknesses but they should not decide our fate. External circumstances do make us weak sometimes but we must keep in mind that these conditions will definitely pass away. If you seem to be having a constant state of worries and anxieties, then consult a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist.
Next Steps
Take problems one by one. Be self-compassionate. Meditate.
Health Tips
People around us may get toxic and it becomes necessary to remain uneffected by them.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
