What you are describing sounds extremely painful and overwhelming, and it is important to say this clearly: when sleep stops, appetite drops, crying is constant, and thoughts of ending life appear, it usually means the mind and body are exhausted and in distress, not that you are weak. Being alone with this level of pain can make everything feel heavier and more frightening. These are signals that support is urgently needed, not something you should try to manage by yourself.
Next Steps
Right now, the safest and most helpful steps would be: - Reaching out immediately to a mental health professional, especially a therapist or psychiatrist, for urgent support and assessment - Letting one trusted person (family member, friend, neighbour) know how bad things feel, so you are not alone with this - Seeking in-person medical help if the thoughts of ending life become stronger or feel harder to control - Understanding that treatment can help with sleep, emotional pain, and physical symptoms, even if it doesn’t feel possible right now - Allowing yourself to receive help — needing support at this point is a human response to suffering, not a failure
Health Tips
You don’t have to find courage to handle this alone. What you are waiting for — someone to understand — can begin with reaching professional support. To know more about this, you can always reach out for help to us at nine-five-two-two-five-five-five-seven-zero-three.

Hi What you are going through is very serious and very painful. Not sleeping, not eating, crying all day, feeling alone, having headaches, bedwetting, and thoughts about ending life are signs that your mind and body are completely exhausted. This does not mean you are weak — it means you are suffering deeply and need support right now. Wanting someone to understand you shows that you still want to live and feel better. You do not have to face this alone. These problems can get better with proper help. Please talk to someone you trust or a mental health professional as soon as possible. I’m really glad you reached out and shared this. From what you describe — crying most of the day, not sleeping, not eating well, feeling alone, and having thoughts about not wanting to live — it sounds like you are going through a very painful emotional period. Anyone experiencing this level of distress deserves support and care, and you should not have to manage this alone. Sleep disturbance, persistent sadness, physical heaviness, and emotional exhaustion can sometimes occur when stress and emotional strain build up over time. These symptoms are treatable, but they usually need timely professional support rather than waiting for them to improve on their own. Most importantly, the feeling of wanting someone to understand what you are going through is valid — and help is available.
Next Steps
Please try to consult a psychiatrist or mental health professional as soon as possible, preferably with someone you can meet in person or speak to directly. If you are alone right now, consider reaching out to a trusted person (family member, friend, or neighbour) and letting them know you are struggling. If thoughts about ending your life become stronger or you feel unsafe, please seek immediate help through emergency psychiatric services or a mental health helpline.
Health Tips
For now, try not to stay completely alone for long periods. Even small steps like sitting near others, drinking fluids, or resting your eyes without forcing sleep can help your body settle slightly until you receive support.
