Problem regarding dreams
Hi. I'm 22 years old male. Last night I had a dream about having a type of seizure. It felt so real that when I woke up I was unable to feel my tongue and open my mouth for a few seconds. And today I'm having derealization issues like I'm in a dream. How can I overcome this?
