When I get up in morning I m exhausted because I see horrible dreams.its happening from my childhood bit it's keeps worsening as I grow up.i see too much dark places and I keep running from something dangerous.someone keep attacking me in my dreams and it happen very frequently.its not like once in month it happen in 4-5 days a week .in the morning I feel so tired and exhausted .I rarely get a good sleep.its a health issues or mental issues ??
