Hi.. heart rate increases in conditions like fever. Ecg appears normal. However i advise you to consult a physician in-person and get treated for fever.

Definitely it is not normal ECG, Your heart rate is 150 beats per minute which is sinus tachycardia. You may need further evaluation for me to come to the final conclusion. there are many causes of this. GAD, panic (episodes) disorder and alcohol withdrawal are one of few.
Next Steps
consult a physician, then a psychiatrist if the physician says everything is normal just increased heart rate
