Dizziness and lightheadedness
I have been diagnosed with Panic disorder before that my ECGs TMT ECHO has been done. I was on paroxetine but couldn't got well then I went NIMHANS yesterday they said nothing to worry and prescribed sertraline and chlonazepum but weakness has never been gone.. should get some any other tests that could be overlooked?

Since you are trying to get better.. That is the best thing you can do. Your medications were prescribed very recently so I think it will take some time to work (2 weeks at least) and I hope you will start feeling better in some time.

Hello dear, Mental illnesses can be a result of multiple factors including biological, emotional, social and personal. In order to treat these illnesses, its important to identify the underlying cause and then treat accordingly using medicine and Psychotherapy. Usually it takes a week or two before the treatment results in improvement.

Hi... Medicines take some time to work . You have started treatment only yesterday with sertraline. Use it for 2 weeks and then review again with the treating Psychiatrist.

If you are suffering from panic disorder, paroxetine and sertraline both are good medicines. Sometimes people don't use adequate dosage and declare that there is no effect. It is very easy to treat your problem with adequate medicines. Within a few weeks you will clearly see the response. The important point is the right dosage of the right medicine.
