Please take him and have him evaluated by a psychiatrist. It is inappropriate to stalk a woman who has broken up and become engaged to someone else. He requires counseling at first, and if his obsession progresses, he may require medication.

Hello!
It must be painful to see your brother in this situation and equally challenging for your brother to also cope through so much going on currently.
Visiting a therapist would be better to understand him and what he has been experiencing. A therapist can definitely help in coping with this situation and in case it's necessary s/he may suggest a visit to a psychiatrist as well.
I hope this helps.
Thank You!
Hi... Depression needs to be treated first. Still need history to specify further help. Consult a psychiatrist for complete help. Brother can come out of his problem gradually if he has help.
