Hi I have been on nexito plus for sometime however I had discontinued in between and I started getting multiple episodes of dizziness and a feeling of roaring / popping feeling inside my ears that made it very uncomfortable for me to do my daily tasks.
I want to know does nexito plus has withdrawal symptoms ? I have constant episodes of dizziness specially when I eat or drink something and all my blood reports and vitamin levels are absolutely normal with no deviation . I want to know if I am experiencing withdrawal symptoms of nexito plus and how will this go ? I did consult my psychiatrist after that and she has put me on nexito 5 mg however due to my previous experience with nexito I am a bit hesitant to take this medicine again . Please advice how to get rid of these sensations

See, psychiatric medicines are not like any other fever pr pain relief medicine. Son you can't start or stop the medicine on your own. Expert opinion is required.
Nexito plus contains benzodiazepines which sometimes cause disturbances if stopped suddenly. There are certain other medications which are good for Anxiety issues. Detailed evaluation is required for your symptoms so that appropriate medications can be prescribed.

These are no withdrawal symptoms of nexito. After discontinuing a large (15-20 mg daily) dose of nexito abruptly, some may suffer symptoms and these don't start immediately may start after 2-3 days.
So please consult me, I may need a detailed history then only I can give an opinion...
Hi.. nexito plus contains an SSRI and a benzodiazepine. So practically the withdrawal symptoms can be due to any of the above.
