Depran L makes me hungry and sleepy all the time ... I want to stop it any method as it's affecting my professional life too

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression 2 months ago due to some financial issues and family problems, I was prescribed with Serta 50 in the morning, Restyl 0.5 and Zolfresh 10 mg at night. From past 2 months that is April and May I used the medicine but I was not able to handle the side effects. I consulted my Psychiatrist every alternate weekend bcoz of my side effects like Constant Headaches, Dizziness, Tremors, restlessness, heart palpitations. It was very painful while using the medication. So last time I consulted on June 2 and doctor advised to stop medication and see if you find any difference. Doctor told that Dizziness should go away in a week. So I stopped my medication 10 days ago, Now I do not have Tremors or Heart palpitations but I'm suffering from Dizziness and Sleepless nights. Please advise how many days this dizziness persist and I'm unable to sleep. Please help me I'm suffering very much day by day.

.Can't able to remember what I just read long paragraphs .Don't remember what happened in the morning, yesterday or day before yesterday feels like days are passing by . Feeling unaware when going out .can't relax, unable to sit . Difficulty watching videos feels like scenes are skipping by and don't remember much of what somone is saying What illness do I have I was diagnosed with acute transient psychotic disorder a year ago.

I lost a lot of weight in the past few months and cant sleep at night. Sleep-cycle is not good. Please suggest a good way to approach this. Unsure of the reason.

Hi, I want to know why do I get cooling sensation in my food pipe while drinking water only even if the water is at normal temperature. Currently I am on prumpin and franxit because of my anxiety. Because of my anxiety i was suffering from acid reflux from last 3 years but after consulting a pschytriatrist my throat burn and heartburn is gone but I get that cooling sensation in my food pipe while drinking water. Any kind of help will be appreciated Thabks

Why i feel that i am dead and everything around me is not real and may be in dream or i am dead.It is really difficult for me to come back and realise.Someone has to pinch me or hit me hard or constantly talk.I get really panicked and feel i will fall down. I am afraid to take lifts alone and go to washroom or flights or trains.anywhere at night it can happen.I feel i have to come out of that place to escape else i will suffocate once happened in train which is dangerous post that i avoid. Strange thing is i cant go to washroom with lights on ,i prefer dark else it triggers. Plus i am not comfortable looking at mirror at night Morning things are normal. I am frustrated.Its almost more than 20 years i am leaving with it and it is impacting me and confidence. I am really worried Please tell me what is it.

My mom is a Nurse ,She used to work from 14 yrs ,know she is mentally attached to that work even though her daughter is in pain ,she is busy in her work,Out of the work like in home ,She Always Thinks Negative and now she became aggressive,She became Alone because no family member want to interact with her because She tells that she is only right ,even though she is wrong,She has ego ,Daily she call another person to explain that she is right and another person is wrong,She Don't give time to children's (means us).She talks with her patients at home ,and she explains her work to their kaliks,she don't spend her personal time ,she became irritated,she is mentally disturbed,we want to show a psychiatrist but she is not ready to accept that she is mentally sick , Our family is disturbed due to her Aggressive behaviour, Egoistic nature Is it possible that by medication treatment can be given,she doesn want to consult a doctor,can I go and consult a doctor,is it helpful to treat her. help
