I just slept in AC in this noon and now there a swere pain in my back how to cure it the pain is now for 2hours

I am tired the whole day and this has been happening since the lockdown and I also get a lot of sleep like 12, 14 hours

I have been facing trich since childhood. I have good thick, full hair. However due to stress or other reasons, I pull my hair often and it's affecting my hairline.

I got a panick attack two year ago in the month of May 2021 (got to know by psychiatrist), i have been diagnosed with by escitalopram+ clonazapam in starting and later on only escitalopram s vocita tab .....i thought tapering the dosages but symptoms again came so again I consult my psychiatrist he told me not to taper the dosages right now ......it has been 1.5 yr ,i tapered the dose from 10mg to 5mg and then to 5mg . I was taking the same and doing well dose but when visited doctor she told me to take 5mg alternately but when I did it symptoms again came so again I visited there she advised me to take 5mg regularly but from 1 month I left taking it as I am tired of taking it and don't want to take it anymore but symptoms like sleeping problem and so much weakness I feel like I can't stand anymore. My B12 test is also normal. Please do me favour I don't want to take medicines and I want do well in my life ahead as it has disturbed my life and study

I have sleep disorder sometimes I tends to think more, depression, anxiety, over thinking bad dreams

I went to dr for my insomnia and anxiety jerks which was effecting my sleep now I'm getting psychiatric treatment

So my mother has been taking olanzapine 2.5mg since the last 7 months for her depression treatment. Our psychiatrist will most probably tell her to take it for 4 to 5 more months. But I'm really worried about the withdrawal symptoms when she starts to get off the medicine, since it has been so many months she's taking it.

I am suffering from depression and chronic insomnia. is it safe using venelafixane and olimelt 2.5 alnong with mirtzapine.

I always think about daughter health who is 6 yr .if she gets normal fever or stomach infection which is not serious but still I start to cry over think about the disease go to doctor without completing course .comming to my health and husband health m not that sensitive don't even visit hospital.anxiety only with my daughter.my husband always scold me you are overthinker it is affecting to my relationship also .how to overcome this

Kindly share how to withdraw from pschychiatric medication paroxetine, olanzepine, etillam...i am really frustrated in these...or can i stay only on paroxetine...i can't think previously and can't live a satisfactory life... I am only 27 years old I don't want to be in these medication from this age...these are like poisons...kindly give suggestion...i want to live a free life
