I feel unwanted se*ual thoughts repeatedly for many months. It may be OCD. Which medicines will help? Does fluoxetine 40mg help?

I was having fear from hoapitals and blood and syringe from childhood. And one day i got pannic type attack in corona time and and i just don't get good sleep for soem days and then suddenly gerd developed and i got depressed because i lost 10 kilos in 1 month All my reports are coming normal at that time and vertigo started then i again join the gym started abusing myself and i got recovered from vertigo but still the slight gerd makes me sensitive and conscious.i m googling minor to minor symptom. At that i visit doctors regularly then my fear was gone . Now due to stock trading tension my vertigo came again . Their is always a fear of eating. Fear like  If i eat outside food will i got diarrhoes or my digestion will become bad or acidity will come My gastro doctor prescribed me rifaximin 550 for 10 days and now some small sensation is giving me headache vertigo,conscious ness. My liver functioning test is normal My ultrasound of abdomen is normal .

Can u pls connect me or suggest some hypnotherapist., I have been suggested by a counsellor. Kindly le me know

Hi doctor, A person is getting popped up continuously in my brain. I saw her in my office. I have no feelings or anything for her. For once I thought she was beautiful.
