I got scammed 11 lakh in an investment fraud by a friend. From then on, I keep having anxieties and panic attack. I want to have peace of mind again

Experiencing deep stress and anxiety, heaviness at chesta, feeling blank out and constantly worried about each and everything. How to handle it and get relief from these feelings as it making me drained out mentally and physically.

I have got my hair chemically straightened and after that I was suffering from folliculitis but pimples got better but pain and pricking sensation persisted so I went to psychiatrist he said it's OCD does that mean if I scalp pain and pricking sensation I have ocd??

I m in very deep stres bcz of my breakup. I cant sleep straight 1 hours.somthing hitting my mind very hard. in sleep i feel like i m falling from a mountain or going to die also i fell cramp in my body parts during sleep.a sudden pain in my mind n body. Memories trying to kill me. I m surround by the memories of that person. Behaviour of that person abusing behaviour of that person.my hand automatically tries to pull my hairs during sleep. I cant sleep bcz of these thing .im afraid to sleep.

Should I increase my Mirtazapine dose from 45 to 60 mg, to fall asleep quickly? I have already increased my dose from 30 to 45 mg.

My doctor from chennai prescribed the medicine oleanz 5 for me for treatment of schizoid I am a middle-aged man- may have taking the medicine for almost 30 yrs when I first saw the doctor- I want a substitute for this medicine as I am not comfortable with the medicine- should I consult my chennai doctor online?

I am having anxiety for a very long time . I got married and now it has increased my anxiety level as my in laws and husband both lack emotional intelligence. Due to this I m not getting my periods regularly I m tensed every time. I always have anger issues. What should I do ??

And there is anxiety issue. I used to feel urge of peeing when in excitement. As I grew up my problems multiplied. I have done usg, ct scan, mri and a lot of blood work. Nothing found out. For the past few years I am facing issues with sleeping.  When ever I try to sleep I feel certain sensation of peeing. Everytime I rush to bathroom little amount of urine comes out. So I can't really fall asleep. This is making me sick every passing day. I did have depression, panic attack during covid days. I have seen a lot of doctors from neurologist, general physical, homeopath. I am really tired of all these. Please help me out Simultaneously I had problem of digestive issues, gas, bloating, loose motion. I had done usg (kub), and every possible blood tests. Every report came normal. This is a recurring issue. I was diagnosed with IBS. IT gets fine when I start medication. When I stop them after a certain period of time it come back again. Last four and half months have been worse.
