I turned 34 this year, I was diagnosed with thyroid and PCOS few years back. I was on medication for both since 2018 but it wasn't continuation. So the PCOS is almost ok now but thyroid relapsed everytime whenever I am more stressed. Now I am facing problems like severe depression and anxiety. I used to had panic breathing attacks than doctor prescribed sleeping pills at that time. Later, that issue was ok but now since past 4 years I am facing problems like seeing black holes even when everyone in the family around me. And now since the beginning of 2024 I feel like my mind is completely blank sometimes, I am keep on watching watching stuff dramas, videos, etc. Somewhere in my mind I know that what I need to do get back my old weight and set my career but I am not able to do that. Yes, I have gained lots of weight but loose a little and I am still overweight, I have no job since past 4 years. My self ruman shaikh Age 36 I'm suffering from anxiety a fear of death, fear of heart attack, and some times in depression.. I have want to many doctors I have done 7 time ECG, 4 time 2d eco, fibroscan, sonography, blood test, sugar test, cholestrol test,all report are normal. I have this problem by 15 of January 2024. I have been to many physiotherapy and I had taken many session with doctors and I'm doing meditation, eft but I have been recovered just 20 30 % in 3 months, so please help me out as I can't even take time for family and business. I have taken many treatment like medicine with psychiatrist Medicine name ciplar 10, qutan 25, iyaflu, antidep 25, zeptra ls 12.5 , pexonil ls 12.5.,rexite d3, zapiz 0.25.. And 8 psychotherapist, doing eft and meditation, no problem has been resolved,

My kid is 3 years old and when she was at age of 1.5 we were sifting the house so lot of service person came with drill machine n were working on from that she has a fear of drill sound so whoever comes with service bag she pushes them n send out of house by saying bye bye by crying

Hello doctor my sister behaviour is very odd from last 3 months but from last one week she is smiling with no reason and whenever I asked something she didn't reply and after asking 5to 6 times then reply she don't know why she is smile.  Recently anything ask from her she never telling what happens to her. it relates to mental illness or anything else. .
