In my case my major problem is calmness...I just lost the sense of calmness even I do meditation bt not able calm . After that I m nt able to focus on any thing as I m nt calm If I try to focus my heartbeat increase n I feel like shortness of breath and it so irritating not able to do any work. It seems like all the stress is piled up in my brain n when I take a deep breath it's not goin down how hard I try. N due to ths problem my eyes are also feel tired.

Hello doctors i have been diagnosed from ocd and depression.currently on escitaploram 15mg and respirode 0.5 mg. I was doing fine after takinh medicine but this days i am getting thoughts like i will talk nonsense in public , i will shout at someone seems like i am going crazy .this thoughts are getting over my head please help doctors. Hope you doing well.    I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100,DEVENIZ 50, On 17 march my hernia operation have done .i had facing neauropathic pain from nov to jan.and after in some day i am sleeping more like till 2to 3 pm but some days it normal.. now from 3 to 4 days i am sleepin till 4 to 6pm evening.
