Hi, TLDR: 29 years. On 5 medications, pain in chest and have headache while running. Been 5 years. What to do? I'm 29 years old and I'm having terrible anxiety and have pains in chest. They erupt any time and having this for the past 5 years. Currently I'm taking: 1. Nexito 20 mg once in the morning 2. Betacap TR 40 once in the morning 3. Buspin 5 mg thrice a day 4. Olanzapine 1.25 mg in the night 5. Tryptomer 5 mg in the night Previously I was taking 10 tablets a day. So this is an improvement honestly. I'm doing breathing and running exercises. So the thing is whenever I go for running, during the run, I feel a sharp chest pain and lightheadedness due to which I have to stop. I went to see a cardiologist and he told me that I have nothing to worry about but I'm getting my TMT done this Saturday to rule it out. Should I go for Ketamine Infusion therapy? Can it help? And no CBT doesn't work. Please don't recommend it. I have also tried TMS and that too didn't work.

I have attached my reports of tsh and prolactin which are moderately elevated and I'm in chronic stree after my father passed away and I need to know a fact that if hormonal imbalance can create stress and mood related disorders then reverse is true that chronic stress can lead to elevated hormone levels?

Hi I feel under high pressure some times. My body becomes tired,eyes and head becomes heavy. feel difficult in taking decision.becomes angry very easily.want to live calm and peaceful life. Do not feel comfortable in group of people.sad sad kind of nature.is this a disease , mental disorder I don't understand.. complete foggy mind especially in morning.pls help

I am experiencing intrusive thoughts immensely at a great level like I keep doubting myself that I might have committed something wrong . Because of these intrusive thoughts I experience tension headaches and high intracranial pressures. I also feel there is excess fluid in my brain

Dear sir /madam I was on vertidiff 15mg and diva 500 od for 10days I did not get relief so I was putted on serta 100 mg but feeling very lethargic. I can u suggest better option than serta ?

Recently my father visit to psychiatry clinic yesterday  for  problem of aggression and do unnecessory things and change behaviour quarrelsome person and doctor gives medicine of DIVASTO OD-500 ,Olanzapine 10mg ,Lorazepam 1mg   and today my father took first dose of olanzapine 10 mg and Lorazepam 1mg and after that he is very sleepy and do not wake up ,he is uncoforatble with lots of sleepy . respected doctors please reply i am worried about it

My wife has a psychological issue and she has been in depression and gets panic attacks. Our relationship has been extremely bad. Now doc prescribed rescital 10 as a sleeping pill. She started taking it for last one month and it's been positive effect in our relationship. Again suddenly she started fighting and became resentful. Could the effect of drug reduced ?

Doctor have suggested nexito plus medicine. Can I continue for a longer period of time? I read in Google as it is habit forming.
