Hello Doctor, I am 40 year old and have Ophidiophobia. When l was 10, I encountered with snake(cobra) twice very very close to me. I screamed and nearly blacked out. Fortunately it didn't bite me. Since then I always fear about snakes. I get scared even to look at a picture of a snake. Since I am living in a village, I am afraid to go out of my house, that is to farm and lands fearing snakes. Now a days, I dream of snakes, sometimes multiple snakes come in my dream. What should l do? How will l overcome this fear of snakes?

Does pocking sensation on the brain is it normal and my mental health is declining day by day and due to iam aware of health problems .iam mentally stable but the my other health problems is disturbing me from 3 months and I have the shock waves and the tingling sensation in the brain and the neurons beating above forehead and below the ears from 2 months .is it normal or the cause any the mental irritation .please kindly pescribe me the correct way to solve to solve .will it cause any mental damage or neurons damage please kindly pescribe me to solve my problem Thanking you doctor

Two years back, I had a sports concussion where my front teeth got broken and at the same time, I was affected my Covid-19. As a result, my weight got reduced drastically by 15 kgs and had a severe vitamin B12 and D deficiency. I was prescribed escitalopram and fluoxetine for moderate depression but my condition never improved. Soon I realized that I was not depressed, because I pushed myself to attend lectures, study for exams and have a good social life. But days passed where I lost my concentration and focus, due to  fatigablity  and drowsiness every single day. I would feel exhausted even after completing a simple task and had a tendency to sleep all day. As a result, brain fog started to appear, making my understanding level and focus got even worse. I feel motivated and goal orientated but my   I approached the doctor for these reasons and she insists that I have depression and continue my meds. What should I do? Can anyone explain what I'm facing? Is this Adhd?

Hello, I am getting anxious thoughts about loved ones will die or i will get heart attack. After going to bath or dinner or after slept, Iam getting anxiety like I will get a phone call like loved ones are dead .

She is unable to sleep. And having anxiety issues. Sometimes body shivers. Feeling like can't breathe. Crying most of the time. Negative thoughts. Avoids crowd. Likes to stay alone. Loss of appetite. Can't concentrate on anything. What is the thing we do for her.? We think she needs attention.

I have taken zosolma 5 last 10 days ..I want to stop sleep medicine..but with out medicine I can not sleep...how I stop this medicine..I want naturally sleep

Which one between bupropion and methylphenidate would be a better choice for managing inattentive type of adhd in a patient with hypertension which is currently managed by meds (losartan 25) for bp and propranolol 40mg for anxiety?

From the last few months I could go into deep sleep. I used to feel as if I was awake even while sleeping and used to wake up tired. But now the situation is becoming worse, I am not able to fall asleep till 3-4 am everyday. I feel as if my heart is beating faster than normal and I feel restless. Stopped having tea or coffee even still no improvement is seen. I feel quite irritated throughout the day.

Pain in shoulder and neck since last 15days. consluted orthopaedic and completed physio therapy as well but no use. taking following medicines for anxiety tryptomer 25 after dinner Lonazep 0.5 MD after dinner etizola beta 0.5 after dinner is this pain associated with anxiety? as per my psychiatrist this is due to anxiety and called this as somatic pain took pain killer  as per advice of doctors but of no use. please advise
