Hi You should not take Clonazepam for long duration. It is better if you consult a psychiatrist & take proper treatment for your anxiety.
Next Steps
Consult for proper management of anxiety

For what condition you are taking the combination. Propranolol can be taken for a long time. Clonazepam is used for short time to control anxiety and if needed for a longer time SSRIs are better. Consult a psychiatrist and take. You can of course take them seperately but as said above get the diagnosis and best possible line of treatment. Good luck
