Stalopalm 10 I'm taking half now gives me sleep and yawning during the day when will it get better and petril 05 beta at night I'm getting sleep now so when will I become normal

I had Nissen fundoplication 2 years back . I was diagnosed with deprecated after that so I had acid reflux even after surgery. Hence I was put on antidepressants like mirnite 30mg and soltus100 mg my acid reflux stoped now my dr has reduced the dose of mirnite to 15mg and soltus to 50mg now I think I have slight acid reflux. After eating I have slight throat irritation. Is due to reducing the dose of the tablets or some other reason dr pls clarify.

Having anxiety most of the times. And few things trigger panicking. I feel shortness of breath, heavy heart, fast heartbeats. Can you please suggest any medication for this

My sister is constantly complaining that she has this disease and that disease. She was complaining of cancer because seeing symptoms online, we got everything checked but no issues. Then she's telling that parents are hiding something and not showing original reports. Now she's telling that she has TB and wants treatment for that. She's not trusting anyone. And constantly telling has this and that and wants treatment. My parents are fed up and constantly trying to make her understand but of no use. Parents are having patience and got all the tests done and seen doctor but still she isn't trusting the results of the reports and asking them for original. We are helpless. And don't know what to do. She has history of BPD. But I'm not sure if this is again BPD or what.

Can't able to sleep, due to personal life issues think all day night, having anxiety issue, severe headache

Can I fast once in a week while taking paxi cr -12.5 alternative days. May I follow the nature cure kind of lifestyle fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and slightly cooked meals for dinner.

My Wife is a mother of one month baby and she was okay till last month talking to everyone in family . Now she is slowly becoming silent and not responding to any conversations. I m worried about my kid she has just born and my wife had bipolar disorder for which she stopped tablets last 6 months back Is it something related to disorder or any other issue. She also had tiny wounds in hand which made me more worry. She is not answering anything about it . Please suggest.. should I visit the doctor???

I've been struggling with a sleeping problem. I seem to fall asleep without my knowledge. When someone wakes me up in the middle of the night, I seem to blabber things that are totally unrelated, as if I've been doing office work or some other work all along. This is causing so many problems in my relationship. I'm unable to control my sleep after a certain time. I can't remember any of this in the morning, even if my girlfriend narrates the whole thing. Is this a sleep disorder? Is this confusional arousal? Is there a way to resolve this and repair my relationship?
