Can pschychiatric medications makes you less creative and loosen your memory and intelligence and divergent thinking?are ssris make you feel dumb?M taking medication and always staying in confusion for medication...can't see the future as the medication is ongoing and also m jobless preparing for govt jobs staying with toxic people and medication side effects and can't think clearly...plz specify...medication for mind is somewhat risky

I am experiencing insomnia and severe delirium. I have a history of untreated depression. It is impacting my daily life very severely. I am on antidepressants right now. But my condition not improving. Can u guide me please

Can staying at same place and with same people for a long period makes you mentally irritated?And they are toxic also...(2 years)every single day toxic fight from 1 year.

Does a pschychiatrist take pschychiatric medication if he becomes mentally upset (mild depression/anxiety) or it is only applicable for general people?

I have a little anxiety issue. Past few days I am facing trouble in sleeping. It will happen in initial hours of my sleep when I am dozzing off somthing wakes me up. And i will feel very uncomfortable 😖 sometimes dizzy. Somthing pounding chest. This is scary. I don't know if it's breathing related issues or i have sleep apnea. Can somebody help me with this?

Whenever I take any antidepressants like trycylic, snri, ssri I feel pain in my legs. I have been taking these medicines since 2017. currently only taking tryptomer 10mg for morning vomiting, ibs diarrhea and sleep.

Can I do 14 hour  fasting between my dinner and breakfast ( 7.00PM-9.00AM) while taking antidepressants at night alternative days
