My doc prescribed me sertraline 50 morning and night causing me anxiety I'm taking it since 8 days and tension also Should i do now stop it or continue

I want to cry so hard and just run away somewhere where no one can find me. I feel like I have lost someone a long ago who is everything to me. I don't know who it was I don't know why I feel like this what I know is that this person who I feel about like that that person I feel this thing about is so much to me.  I just want to move on from it but I am not able to do it.

Please suggest me if there is any relaxation technique or breathing exercise or meditation which replaces the sleep

Is doing Jacobson progressive muscle relaxation technique for one time will replace 2 hours of sleep

Does clonazepam cause weight as a side effects? I easily gain weight in fat which indirectly increases my blood pressure

I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression last Month. I was having sleeping issues also. So I consulted a Psychiatrist last month. I am using Serta 50 in the morning and Zolfresh 10mg, Restyl 0.5 at night. I am feeling dizziness and Confusion in the morning and unable to concentrate on my work. Please tell me is this common during medication and how many days it may last. Please help me, I want to get back to normal life.

My sister in law is frequently blackmailing my brother in various ways torturing physical, mental with abuse words , emotional blackmail by committing suicide. They have married since 7 months in 7 months she committied suicide by having 60 medicines of painkiller at atimeand sleeping pills, putting fire on hand, she is behaving weird by beating my brother, and sometimes doing herself harm by pressing her neck and beating herself? After the consultation will the doctor provide us the medical documentation from their end validating the fact that they have spoken to that individual and that individual is fit for surgery.
