Hi doctor good evening I am on paxil 12.5. Can I take paxil parellaly with Hetrazon+medrol? Pls help.

From Last one year I have anxiety issue. But from last few days it's severe. In this I feel heavy chest,some times fast heart beat and anxiety. Two month ago I start a medical course for one month that time I feel ok. But from one month I didn't take any course. In anxiety attack I feel I would have silent attack from that thought i can't sleep. Please help.

I've been on olanzapine for bipolar disorder for 5 years. I have insomnia too and I've tried trazodone melatonin promethazine chlorpromazine. I seem to develop tolerance to everything in a few weeks. I've heard that cbd without thc is good for insomnia and I'm thinking of talking to my psychiatrist about it. Is it a good idea? Can it have adverse effects?

My brother is having this issue of Schizophrenia since last 5 years . We have tried various methods and treatments but nothing seems to be working at the moment. I was wondering if it was possible to have a three way video consultation as I don't live near him . I am taking voxitin 10 mg as suggested by my psychiatrist for 2 months now. But as days pass , the side effects are not reducing. Since the last 4-5 months, I have been feeling that I have some issues. I always keep washing my home thrice and twice daily and wash clean cloth too twice or thrice. Then also I do not get satisfaction that my clothes and my home are totally clean. It takes 5-6 hours daily. Pls assist me.
