My daughter is 3.5 yrs old speaks lot of sentences and tell whatever happened by connecting key words though it was not properly connected in grammar and speaking in all her needs . She is answering for all the questions but she has not started questioning yet ! Is it normal ?

Dysthymia disorder since childhood
Currently I am taking fluoexetine 10mg twice(morning and evening), amitriptyline 25mg +chlordizepoxide 10mg since 24days. I want to tapper amitriptyline and chlordizepoxide and add sertraline 50mg. What will be better either increase fluoexetine or add sertraline.
