I'm suffering from emotional stress alot due to my work life and some toxic people there that I'm not able to find time for me and my family at all..my parents too are controlling and doesn't care about how im mentally being torchered and unwell due to others but they pressurize me for everything. I want to be with my partner soon but due to last 6 months of graduation I'm not able to take transfer also with him and lead a better life peacefully with him. Because here I've had always faced worst incidents only where I'm not valued at all. No matter how much ever I did good for others they're so selfish people. And I'm not able to make decisions too and so much mood swings occur now. Don't know what to do. I've no one to support either.

Male 26 70 kgs Mild anxiety Escitalopram 5mg since a few months And lorazepam 1mg sos I have been taking lorazepam 2mg (accidentally instead of 1mg) since 2 alternate days. Plan to stop now. Are there chances of addiction if I take lorazepam 1mg for just 5 days ?

I have been prescribed lithium and divalproex sodium in the morning by my doctor for bipolar 2. Do I have to take those together or should there be a time gap between the two

I cannot stop dreaming whenever I sleep, it causes restlessness when I wake up. Even if I sleep for an hour at day time the dreams don't go away and I hardly remember anything. Is there anything which can stop my dreaming, I've already tried meditation and workout before sleep.

I have ADHD since age 12. It remained untreated and diagnosed till age 68. I suffered many financial and other disadvantages in life due to impulsiveness and ADD. Now when I take Inspiral 10, I feel like a perfect human being. There are YouTube videos saying that these medicines are addictive and there are patients who commit suicide when they stop taking it. My question is, is it safe to take Inspiral 10 for one or two years at age 68? Will it be possible for me to stop it whenever I want? Are adhd medicines safe in long run?
