It can be due to cardiac issue, Gastric upset or at last due to anxiety.
To rule out the serious causes. You may need to do ECG first and also Trop T. Later on you may find if it's related to stomach then PPI and antacids will help. At last you may need some anti anxiety medications if still pain persists.

Hi
I understand how frustrating and concerning these symptoms must be for you. Anxiety and panic attacks can cause physical sensations like chest pain, burning, and shoulder discomfort, even when medical tests are normal. This happens because stress affects your nervous system, muscles, and even digestion, sometimes leading to acid reflux or nerve-related discomfort. The more you focus on these sensations, the more intense they may feel, creating a cycle of anxiety and physical distress.
Try practicing deep breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and mindfulness to help calm your nervous system. Gentle physical activity, stretching, and relaxation methods like progressive muscle relaxation may also ease the discomfort. If the burning sensation continues, you might want to explore if issues like acid reflux, nerve sensitivity, or muscle tension are contributing to it. Therapy can also help in managing health-related anxiety and breaking the cycle of worry.
