I am getting frequent head aches . Some times I will get vomit sensation . Due few mental problems all of sudden my head ache has become more terrible like my head is about to explode. Same time I got my legs pain severely. And left side of the stomach along with it. What came be the reason?

Currently I am on Escitalopram 10, Clonazepam. 5, mirtazapine 15 since 12 days. I feel all day dizziness and too much dream at night. I want to switch sertraline 50, dosulepin 50 and clonafit .25 to avoid this dizziness and constipation. May I direct swith these medicines. Please suggest.

My younger brother had a tromatic childhood then is grand mother who was like her mother died then he started to experience some abnormal things and kuch time pahle he watched Moon knight a webseries in which main character had a tromatic childhood then main character gets split personalities and my younger brother feels it like it's too cool and now he suddenly lost in his thoughts then we go and he is like what I am doing here I was some where else and sometimes see's extremely brutal images in his mind so what do I do???

Hi, In January I had skin problems and diagnosed with Tinea. I was using Itraconazole 200 mg and Atarax 10 mg as prescribed by doctor. I continued them for 2 months. I started having sleeping issues so I consulted a Psychiatrist and due to my personal issues in life I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression in April. I'm using Serta 50, Restyl 0.5 and Zolfresh 10 mg. From last 1 month I'm feeling restless, sleeping issues, Dizziness, Shaking of hands and confusion. Please help me whom should I consult now.

I do not how to describe this issue but I am quite depressed these days and always remain stressed there is tough time going on in my life and it is a kind of do and die situation. I am always frustrated or irritated by other people specially person who lives with and it is affecting my relationship a lot with him as he is my boyfriend. I expect from him to understand that I am not angry with but irritated by myself but how don't what has changed inside out that now I am unable to express at all anything to anyone what is actually going on inside me. Most of the times I spend time with fake arguments people are involved who made me feel bad about myself or have done something wrong to me or showing people that how successful I have become . In reality it is very hard for to even take a water bottle from fridge or even turning on the fan it feels like I just want to stay laying down in bed which my boyfriend never understands and keeps me blaming that I'm lazy but that ain't true.
