Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern. I see that you are suffering from social anxiety and Obsessive and compulsive thoughts. Anxiety can cause negative thoughts reinforce fear, making social situations even harder over time. To manage this, seek therapy and consider techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—can be very effective in helping you challenge negative thoughts, Exposure Response prevention can also help desensitize the fear of judgment. Both medication and therapy will help you recover faster. Practice deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and Progressive muscle relaxation. Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and prioritize adequate sleep.

You need dose readjustment. But that's based on the stage of your illness. Meloset is for sleep ideally so that can be stopped but I would advise consulting your doctor before you make any changes on your own.
