I m taking venlife d 50 and nortrop 25 for anxiety and headaches and these are medicines which i take in the night post meal so yesterday night i missed a dose so can i take it now or should i take it tonight pls reply fast ...

Hello doctor I am on escitalopram 10mg in morning and escitalopram 5mg in night and propranolol 20 mg at night , now I feeling absolutely ok with these medicines. Now I want to tapper off propranolol so I planned that I will take 15mg for 10 days and 10mg for next 10 days and 5mg for next 10 days and finally 0 , is this good idea ? Can I do this?

I am taking treatment of anxiety and insomnia .doctor prescribed me daylingo and estilo lite and dayvigo 5 mg both i hve to take at night..but i feel very drowsy and sleepy throughout .i am unable to do my daily work.please suggest.and it ever possible that will be go off medicine in near future.do i meed to take sleep medicine forever? I am constantly suffering from overthinking. Frequently think about what people say. I lack ignoring things that repeat in my mind. Get angry at silly things. Plz help. My behaviour has drastically changed. If anything hurts me I think of it repeatedly. I have lots of child hood memories that had impact on my behaviour. I try to be perfectionist and if not done get irritated. Plz help.

I have dippression since 8 months. Iam taking fluoxtine 80 mg last months. Feeling burning sensetion in penis afer urine. Is this side effects fluoxtine. And how much time i have to take it. I have firstdipressitv order. I want to know is is safe to take fluoxtine

There is a product Zandu Ashwagandha Capsules for stress and immunity. Can I take them on my own. Currently it's not prescribed by any doctor. I want to take it for better sleep and less anxiety.
