Hi. My doctor has prescribed Clonazepam 0.5 but I'm not getting it anywhere in the radius of 5 kms. Even the online stores are not selling it. Is there any alternative to it ?

Okay so, my mom and us are planning to start her SSRI (with our psychiatrist) for her mild depression and anxiety symptoms but I'm worried about all the side effects and how long would she have to take it. So I wanted to ask When a patient is prescribed an SSRI for depression or anxiety, do they really get off the medicine let's say in less than an year? And if yes, how it's actually done? It'd be of great help if you can answer.

She is going to a psycologist but no help. She sends multiple messages on groups irrelevant and also on insta putting multiple stories and posts. She talks gibberish too in person. She starts dancing in between in talking and many things. She in her exam went out and started crying loudly which scared others. What is up with her?

Mother of two kids , anxiety started after COVID so it's been 3-4 years .I am really tired of being anxious all the time . The sleep cycle is disturbed due to kids and stress(kids age 7 and 5) Literally struggling...I have a fear of being alone ,social anxiety ,not able to discuss my problem with anyone ... because they don't understand what I am really facing. I don't know but I have more time fear and also insecure because I have overthink problem nowadays I fail in exam so insecurity and fear increase but in normal life I also suffer from fear n insecurity I face that I do that wrong or right N hard to face difficult situation also to much sensative n emotional I am Most of stuck in uncertain things Which also good and bad also I stuck in both but in good situation less stuck but in bad to much stuck Too many thoughts and also to much fear of my father also don't know what to do
