My doc gave me nitrosun 10 mg
My doc prescribed me first zolofresh 5mg i took those but yet i couldn't sleep and now he prescribed me nitrosun 10 mg yet it's not working on me and I am still not able to sleep what should I do?

First of all , if focus on cause , if u have sleep disturbance due to anxiety n depression then should treat cause and avoid tea or coffee after 6 pm or any substance that will Increase your brain alertness, do regular exercise, you can use alternate medicine
