Asked for Male, 47 Years

I am schizophrenic, had major episode 6 years back and now only left residual symptoms occassionally (yearly twice for a period of a week). I take amisant 100mg after dinner. During morning hours till noon, I come accross cognitive freezes/brain fog/mild unconsciousness, which is hampering my professional performance. Please suggest suitable medication. Thanks
