As a psychotherapist, I understand how overwhelming health anxiety can be. Constant worry about symptoms, difficulty concentrating, and physical signs like trembling or trouble breathing can create a cycle of fear that feels hard to break. Using Google to search symptoms often intensifies this anxiety, leading to more stress and sleeplessness.
Therapy is incredibly important in managing health anxiety. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we can work on breaking the cycle of fear, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and developing healthier coping strategies. It will help you regain control of your thoughts, reduce physical symptoms of anxiety, and improve your daily functioning. Seeking therapy is a strong and positive step toward finding relief.
