Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine which is not the treatment of choice for your symptoms. You need to get yourself treated for anxiety spectrum disorders that can be diagnosed with detailed history evaluation of symptoms. Alprazolam if unsupervised and taken regularly can lead to tolerance for the drug and need for higher dose to sustain its effectiveness; and also lead to dependence which can worsen the anxiety with weaning effect of drug in the body. Both these things are not helpful on long run.
Next Steps
Firstly you should get yourself diagnosed as to what are you suffering from, the symptom you mention can be associated with various other symptoms or subtler presentations of anxiety or other psychiatric conditions. So a detailed history assessment and diagnosis will aid in identifying the root cause followed by regular treatment if needed under the guidance of a psychiatrist.
Health Tips
If suggested and need be certain exposure and response prevention techniques can help, relaxation techniques can help but are not the only solution. You may need a combined approach of medication as well as psychological therapy.

Hello The symptoms you described is a phobia disorder  that's is called autophobia. The medicine which you are taking for this will help in short term but our body develops tolerance to the effects of this medicine. So you need proper treatment for this condition that includes medication that don't lose efficacy over time and also behavioural techniques that will help you remain calm and control anxiety during the phobia situation. So you can consult for medication and learning  relaxation techniques for the management of this condition. Thank you

Your symptoms do suggest you suffer from anxiety, but further history and details will be needed for clarification. Alprazolam is a medication that helps anxiety but it is like a band aid over a deep cut. For a temporary, quick fix, it works, but long term solutions lie elsewhere. Besides, it causes dependence in the long run which in itself is a problem. Consult a psychiatrist for a proper evaluation and management. Living with anxiety can be very distressing, but it doesn't have to be that way!
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and a psychologist. Both Medical management and therapy are imperative for long term sustainable solution.
Health Tips
Try JPMR, grounding techniques, deep breathing and relaxation, engage in physical activities until you see a psychiatrist and a psychologist.
